Movement is an essential part of human life. Over time, we have evolved from farmers, hunters and free roaming beings to offices, cars, and couch sitting. Our bodies just aren’t made for this, we need to consciously balance rest and movement. Movement is more than just exercising. It includes various speeds, repetitions and intensities. There is lateral movement, north/south movement, flexion, extension, abduction, adduction, shaking, vibration, passive, resistant and aerobic movement. Believe it or not, these are all essential to a healthy body.

Join us Tuesday at 7PM and Thursday mornings at 7AM for 30 minutes. If you can’t make the live times you can workout on your own time with posted videos. These workouts are a combination of strength training, cardio and all the movements you read about earlier. We like to mix it up with tabata, cardio core, 500s, strength class and more! Use this time to push yourself and love on your body for 30 minutes a few times a week.
7PM Tuesday – upper body
7AM Thursday – lower body
I will be sharing an alternate day for cardio, core, yoga/deep stretch, 500s or other self guided exercise if you would like a third day!
