Fitclub is an online fitness community for women. We combine strength training, cardiovascular training and flexibility to improve overall health. There are no limitations to these classes, they are designed for everyone.
30 minutes of exercise can improve strength, flexibility and CV strength. It can also improve mood, improve circulation, decrease stress, improves memory, balances energy and prevent injury and manage pain.

All the workouts are posted in a private Facebook group and a Dropbox Folder for convenience if you are offline.
I like to mix it up a lot which means there is a huge variety of workouts. Classes range from whole body\general, HIIT, core, cardio core, legs, upper body, split workouts, tabata and more.
