Movement is an essential part of human life. Over time, we have evolved from farmers, hunters and free roaming beings to offices, cars, and couch sitting. Our bodies just aren’t made for this, we need to consciously balance rest and movement.
Movement is more than just exercising. It includes various speeds, repititions and intensities. There is lateral movement, north/south movement, flexion, extension, abduction, adduction, shaking, vibration, passive, resistant and aerobic movement. Believe it or not, these are all essential to a healthy body.

For October I will be sharing 2-3 new workout videos weekly. We workout on Tuesday and Thursday mornings with a rotating third day. These workouts are a combination of strength training, cardio and all the movements you read about earlier. We like to mix it up with tabata, cardio core, 500s, strength class and more! I know I know…you’re saying Emily, Use this time to push yourself and love on your body for 30 minutes a few times a week.
Join us Tuesday and Thursday mornings for 30 minutes at 7am. If you can’t make the live times you can workout on your own time with posted videos .
You can complete these workouts from anywhere so you have no excuses, as long as you have wifi.
