At Hillside Fitness Studio I am pleased to offer classes 5 days a week to fit any schedule! This is my first full schedule which means I am open to suggestions and ideas. If you want different times or classes let me know!

Bootcamp: Each class is designed for maximum calorie burn in an hour. This class will utilize body weight exercises, cardio intervals and functional movements to get your heart pumping. All levels welcome.
Circuit: Our circuit class consists of timed stations. We use cables, free weights, TRX, balls, bosu etc. to build strength and burn calories. Circuits vary from 6 stations to 12 stations. Stations are typically 60 seconds on with 10-15 seconds rest in between. This style of training works great for endurance training and fat burning but can be modified for strength.
Core & Kicks: This 30 minute workout is geared for core and glutes. Exercises may be in reps or timed using body weight, bands or weights for a little extra kick in the butt 😉
Muscle Up: This bootcamp inspired class focuses on upper body strength and conditioning. This class uses body weight, free weights and bands to strengthen and build muscle on your arms, back, chest, shoulders and core!
Muscle down: This bootcamp inspired class focuses on upper body strength and conditioning. This class uses body weight, free weights, bars and bands to strengthen and build muscle on your core, glutes and legs!
Open Gym: This provides clients an opportunity to drop in during open hours for their own workout. The cost for this is 5$/visit.
Parent & Tot: this class is designed for parents and their littles. Come workout with your little one. Let them sleep or use them as weights, this class is about whatever works best. We will incorporate body weight exercises, baby weight exercises, cardio intervals and weight training.
HIIT: This class is designed to be quick & dirty. This is a high intensity, 30 minute class. HIIT uses short, intense intervals to blast fat using your glycolysis system. HIIT is done best around 80% of your MAX so bring it all. This class will challenge you and push your limits.
Yoga: let Amanda guide you through a 60 minute practice. This class varies week to week but is typically a hatha class. She likes to mix things up by adding some flow or her love, yin.
